What is your shipping policy?
For the United States, we do not ship Max to Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Oklahoma, Virgina, Mississippi, Utah, Montana, North Carolina. We discretely ship via the UPS to residential areas, business areas, PMBs and Internationally. No APOs or FPOs at this time. If you have a PO Box, we suggest obtaining a PMB from a local UPS Store (formerly known as Mail Box Etc.) in your local area. (Please email or call us at 714-983-8383 for assistance or questions). UPS for United States shipping are based on real time rates Internationally, our shipping is $5 per order and $5 per DVD. We ship in plain white envelopes, yellow envelopes, or brown boxing, all plain package style. The name of the shipper is JKG (not Totally Max.)

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Money Orders. "TotallyMax.com or Totally Max" will NOT show up on your statement. Instead, it will discretely state, "JKG Inc."
